- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My mates and I stopped here on our way from Melbourne to Newcastle. It seemed an odd location to have a Zambrero, but we weren't complaining as we had been stuck in a car for over 4 hours. The server was extremely friendly and had a nice conversation with us while he made our meals. Tables were clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Next time I'm in Holbrook, I'll probably come here again for lunch. Holbrook also has a submarine museum I want to check out.By Dylan Cahill, January 13, 2017
